Feel empowered throughout your pregnancy & postpartum journey with the Rising Mothers Package. Your pelvic floor therapist will work with you to explore your unique needs throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. You’ll receive

  • 2 Evaluations

  • 5 Treatment Sessions during Pregnancy

  • 1 Postpartum visit in home or virtual

  • 5 Postpartum treatment sessions.

    Cost is $145 monthly for 12 months.

$199 per month for 12 months

This package is for individuals looking for 1:1 birth prep focused on pelvic health and preparing for your new role with your infant. Whether it is your first pregnancy or not, this package will be geared towards preparing for this unique birthing experience and your pelvic floor needs.

Package includes:

  • 1 90-minute evaluation

  • 5 60-minute treatment sessions during pregnancy

  • 1 90-minute postpartum in-home or virtual session, within 1st four weeks postpartum

  • 1 90-minute postpartum re-evaluation after 6 weeks postpartum or cleared by physician

  • 5 60-minute in clinic postpartum treatment sessions
